  • World Book Day 2019

    COLOURFUL and vibrant characters from the world of literature were brought to life by pupils and staff at Lytchett Matravers Primary School. From fairytale characters, crossed dressed boys, to the amusing characters from David Walliams’s books- the school was full of well-loved and animated book characters!

  • Yr5/6 Tag Rugby Bring A-Game

    On Thursday 7thMarch, 13 of our students travelled over to Bournemouth Rugby Club to participate in a Tag Rugby Festival. There were lots of other schools there with over 250 children attending the event. The emphasis was on fun and enjoyment as only 5% of the children there actually play rugby outside of school.

    What a productive term we have had! Year 4 have transformed the courtyard into a colourful and peaceful space for all to enjoy and have kept the weeds at bay and filled the flower beds with bulbs. We can’t wait to see what will grow in the spring.
