Choir Spread Joy...

The KS2 choir have been out and about singing Christmas songs – we performed at the school Fayre, Castle Farm Care Home and Tescos singing under the Christmas tree, which was lovely.

Last week, the choir also sang in somewhat wetter circumstances at the switching on of the Christmas lights at Tesco. They performed brilliantly, singing classics like Rudolph and Mary Had a Baby, complete with their own choreography!

This week saw a return visit to Castle Farm Care Home where older members of the choir sang to the residents and spread a bit of Christmas cheer.  They performed songs including Away in a Manger, Rudolph, Silent Night, The Twelve Days of Christmas and a new one called Love Shone Down.

The residents were able to join in with some of the songs which was really lovely. We will be returning to Castle Farm in the New Year with younger members of the choir.
